What types of events do you plan?

We plan a variety of events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties.

What does “Dry-hire “mean?

Dry hire" means we provide professional bartending services, but we do not purchase or provide alcohol. You supply the beverages, and we handle everything else!

Can you help us choose the types and the amount of alcohol to purchase?

Yes! We can offer recommendations for drink menus and provide a detailed list of how much alcohol, mixers, and other ingredients to purchase based on your event size and preferences.

 

Do you have event staffing

Yes. We can help you with a support team and staff for your event. 

What services, do you provide?

We offer bartending services, including setting up the bar, mixing and serving drinks, and providing garnishes, recyclable plastic glassware, and tools. We also assist with drink menu planning and can recommend quantities of alcohol to purchase based on your guest count.

Do you have bartending insurance?

Yes, we carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance to ensure your event is safe and compliant.

We cater to all types of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more! If you're having a celebration, we're here to make it special.

 

What do you provide in addition to bartending services?

We provide all necessary bar tools, recyclable plastic glassware, mixers, garnishes, and ice. If you have special requests for your event, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

How much do you charge for your services?

Pricing depends on the specifics of your event, such as guest count, number of bartenders needed, and event duration. Contact us for a personalized quote!

How far in event should I book your services and do I need to make a deposit?

We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date set to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like weddings and holidays. A 50% deposit is due to secure your date with the remaining balance due 30 days before the date of the event.

Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our event?

Absolutely! We love working with clients to create personalized cocktails that match the theme or vibe of your event.

What do I need to provide you You for the event?

We’ll need access to a suitable bar space and, if your event is outdoors, proper shade or shelter. You’ll also need to provide the alcohol, and we’ll handle the rest

Do you serve nonalcoholic beverages?

Yes! We can create a variety of mocktails or serve non-alcoholic options like sodas, juices, and water to accommodate all of your guests.

 

The cost of the alcohol is not included in the price for each package. Legally, payments for the alcohol must remain separate from our packages. Texas TABC laws prevent us from purchasing the alcohol or selling it to you. This means you'll be purchasing alcohol at retail cost with zero markup. We will pick-up the order for you. Your only job is to pick the alcoholic drinks (no fixed menus here) with taste and budget in mind and we take care of the rest! Ultimately, you own the alcohol and we are simply serving it to your guest. At the event’s conclusion, all leftover alcohol you can either keep or refund back to the retailer. In the state of Texas, persons who are hosting a PRIVATE PARTY (such a Wedding or Corporate event) and are serving alcohol NOT FOR PROFIT generally are allowed to purchase beer, wine, and spirits and serve to their attendees over 21 years of age. No special permit is typically needed, as long as the event is a legitimate private party..
