Hi, and welcome to The Pour Mentality!

     I’m JP and I live to make memorable experiences. I have been in the hospitality industry since 2002 mostly in the North Texas (Dallas Metropolitan)  area. Majority of those years has been spent behind the bar and beverage consulting with a vast array of establishments.

     With that being said, having done this for over 2 decades, my attention to detail and customer satisfaction go hand in hand with my skill and love of making some of the sexiest cocktails this side of the Mississippi! I have worked numerous high-end events with the likes of The Dallas Cowboys, Steve Harvey, Charles Barkley, Kane Brown, Miranda Lambert and Jelly Roll just to name a few. 

     Recently I decided to finally take the advice of my patrons and take my talents to a more personal level realizing that the art of hospitality is not what it used to be. So I'm taking it upon myself to bring back that charm and personal touch to my clients one event at a time!
